A wonder restaurant with great food, great prices, and a welcoming efficient and warm staff. If you want excellent food at great prices Frank & Shirleys is the place to go! Gotta try the crab cakes — I a transplanted NYer know that only Marylanders can do crab cakes (or any seafood) correctly!

Here on the coast we take softshelled crab sandwiches seriously ... Frank & Shirley's does em just right!
