So Frankie & Bennys has been struggling to stay afloat for a while, and they undertook a menu makeover a while ago, most likely in an attempt to turn around their fortunes. But it's as if they asked a group of six year olds to choose the new menu...and to cook it.The quality of ingredients is poor. The dishes that are served are poor. I don't see this chain surviving very much longer. They have missed the mark by a long-shot with this one.

Garlic bread was barely cooked and had to ask for it to be cooked but even so it was still dripping with oil. Nothing was done to rectify this in fact they were actively avoiding clearing our starter plates as they could see we weren’t eating them. The waiter asked if we wanting them boxing up after we asked him to move it and when my boyfriend said it was gross the waiter carried on walking away. Maine were fine but service is shocking. If cold pale food is what u like to serve and you don’t know how to interact with customers go work in an ice cream van.

This is my fav Frankie & Benny's! Food is always good and service was excellent tonight even though it was a busy New Year's Eve! Prefer this branch to the new one that opened up!
