The food was very good, however the service was not. If you work in the service industry some form of personality would be helpful. We also waited more than an hour on something as simple as a kids cheese pizza. When we arrived there was only one other table in use, so they weren’t busy at that time. As more guests arrived who were drinking alcohol, they were definitely where the servers were focused. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Only reason for 1 star is simple. Have been to Frankie's in the past and Love the food, staff and atmosphere so much that we drove 2 hours to have lunch there. The web site says they open at 1p on Saturday. Checked the hours that morning before going. Arrived right at 1 only to see a sign on the door stating they will open at 3p. I understand that things happen but this should be put on the the site to let people know before showing up at the door.

The staff at Frankie's Italian Trattoria are to be commended on their superb service and efforts to achieve the highest Customer Satisfaction! The food was amazing! Not one guest had a complaint. The service was impeccable! And the little extras, like the personalized party menus and our name on the outdoor sign, were over the top! Each little detail was handled professionally. Thank you so much for making our 50th anniversary celebration a wonderful memory!
