Franny's, connected right to Patrick's, is one of those spots that feels like a hidden gem the second you walk in. Classic small diner setup, black and white checkerboard floors, and you can sit at the barstools by the grill and watch them cook your breakfast. I've eaten both breakfast and lunch there and the food is great every time. It's got that old school comfort feel, portions are solid, everything comes out fresh just how you want it. The staff is super friendly and attentive, whole place has that welcoming vibe that keeps you coming back. It's the kind of spot you try once and already know you'll be back.
