Frant' Эль как Frant' Эль. Из плюсов - оригинальное помещение. В последний раз когда там оказался, не оказалось кальяна, после чего пришлось быстро ретироваться в другое место. понравился интерьер - периметр в форме окружности предполагает своеобразную расстановку столиков. Сейчас отремонтировали аллею вдоль улицы Ленина, теперь и вид из окон должен оказаться чуть лучше.
