If you happen to be around Santa Maria della Conceziones Cappuccini, visit this restaurant. The menu of Mediterranean and Vegetarian cuisines under the direction of the popular chef are great here. Great location, cozy in a basement with their own wine store. The bruschettas were phenomenal, especially the spread (I think that it was salami) with honey and walnuts. Both pastas were tasty but not al dente enough for our taste. Their staff was all younger men, attentive but it felt a bit commercial and not authentic. Nonetheless it was still very good. The best Italian restaurant I have eaten at in Rome. It was my first time visiting the city, and someone recommended "Fraschetteria" for pasta. The place looks traditional, and if you do not already know about it, you will never find it. It's one level below street level and has only a few tables. I recommend booking a table before you go. The service was excellent and the food was delicius. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Lunch
