Okay so I had to see you catering on Saturday. And of course Tessa is now in charge of catering, so anything you need, ask it of her and she will set it up here at Smokehouse. This one was good, It was about 90 people. And as you can see it included a vegetable platter, toasted ravioli, both meat and cheese with marinara; it included brisket, including burnt ends and sliced brisket. It included chicken and pulled pork. It included a house salad and a caesar salad, known as mayfair. It included cornbread and butter rolls. It included brownies, gooey butter cake and cookies. It had an open bar with three free drinks for every person there doled out by tickets. And it included music and lights. It included picnic tables, the paved patio, the covered patio and heating lamps to keep you warm. So if you are thinking about something like this Frasher's Smokehouse can definitely accommodate you.
