Order placed by telephone, to be collected at 8pm. When I arrived my fried foods weren't there, the lady at the counter said one moment.....and in the meantime she was serving at the counter. So I ask...sorry...but I just had to pick up some fried foods, can I? She replies...no I had another order of 50 fried foods now you have to wait.... Thank you for your courtesy and professionalism. We will have no problem not returning.

Going back to the last review and response written by the pizzeria, which unfortunately sees me directly connected. I would advise you to avoid taking orders by telephone at this point, given that in any other pizzeria an order corresponds to a product prepared and returned to the customer starting from the established time. You, however, apparently clarified that the order was not there because it had been sold together with a larger one. Maybe you could have just apologized. Service: 1

She just had to wait her turn and her fried food would arrive, the customer who arrived before her had 50 fried foods and therefore the fryer was busy, luckily many people don't think like her, live calmly and don't take your frustration out on others. ... and above all have respect for the people who work.
