Italian food is worth a try here. Coffee is good at this cafe. The warm atmosphere of Fratelli makes guests feel relaxed and have a nice time. A lot of reviewers say that the staff is gracious at this place. Prompt service is something that visitors don't like at this place. Google users haven't given this spot a high rating.

This is hands down the most disgraceful hospitality experience in Yerevan. I gave Fratelli Cafe on Komitas two chances, and the staff's behavior is downright toxic. On Sunday, August 30, during a torrential rain, I was the literal only customer in the VIP room. A waitress named Gayushik treated me with immediate hostility. She stared at me like an unwelcome bully from the moment I walked in. When asked for basic customer service—including a simple request to take a photo of a unique coffee pour—she repeatedly and aggressively refused, claiming she was "too busy." This was a blatant lie; the entire venue was completely dead. Her attitude was disgusted, lazy, and utterly unacceptable for a public establishment. This pattern of lying and hostility goes straight to management. On my first visit, a male waiter banned me from sitting at a specific 6-person table, claiming it required a strict reservation. I demanded to speak to a manager and was connected to a man named "Rob," who backed up this fake policy. I know it was a lie because on my second visit, two male walk-ins from the street were allowed to sit at that exact same table with zero resistance from Gayushik. This is a toxic environment characterized by discriminatory treatment, bullying staff, an unprofessional management tier, and an owner who clearly fails to oversee their business. They do not offer VIP service; they offer a hostile environment. Staff with this level of malice do not belong in the service industry. Zero stars. Avoid this place at all costs. The interior of the restaurant is genuinely beautiful, and that was honestly the main reason we decided to stay. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the whole experience. The waitress treated us with open hostility from the beginning. She threw the menu onto the table in front of us, gave us unfriendly and hostile looks, and then, almost 2 hours before closing time, angrily warned us to order faster. Her attitude was extremely rude and unprofessional. We ordered 3 salads, 4 teas, and 2 dolmas, and the total came to around $80, which felt quite overpriced considering the poor service. It’s a shame!
