Really, really, really a wonderful moment from starter to dessert. Delicacy, taste, color in all the dishes we had. The langoustine ravioli as a starter: superb! The cod and its bean puree, how can I put it: a treat for the eyes and the taste buds. Citrus tart: a marvel of lightness. We have to go ! Hats off again girls! I will come back to your place as soon as I return to Carcassonne. The only point of improvement in my eyes, and I mean in my eyes, because tastes and colors.....are the decorative paintings, all in black and white. For me, it lacks a bit of color, the kind you find in the dishes! and which will encourage the customer even more to pass through the door.
