It's crazy how bad this place is. The ice cream is not stored at the proper temperature, so as soon as they give it to you it starts to melt, and I went on a day when it was 23 degrees, not at all hot. The truth is deplorable. The prices are incredible, much more expensive than any other Freddo ($5000 on 1/4 in February 2024). The service is terrible, the guys who serve you, I don't know if they are excessively underpaid (probably) or what, but they serve you without any desire to live, nor do they speak to you. Dirty bathrooms, also dirty tables (consider that I went in the afternoon, a weekday, it was empty, there were no people).
