I ordered ahead for pickup inside and when I got there they just finished up my malt and all I had left was regular sized order of fries. So they tell me to wait and I'm there for 5 minutes standing at the counter halfway through my malt, meanwhile they're continuously serving drive-thru and I can't imagine none of those people had fries. At this point I asked if they knew how much longer it would be and I was told just a couple of minutes. After waiting a couple more minutes I just told him don't worry about it and left because the whole purpose of ordering ahead was so that I didn't waste much time there as I had somewhere to be. They won that free money this time it won't happen again because I'm not going back. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

I have been to Freddy's in other states, and this one is small in comparison. It wasn't very inviting. They do have THE BEST custard. But we ordered a chocolate sundae and got a cup of chocolate custard, nothing else. In my experience, a sundae should come with some kind of chocolate syrup or fudge, strawberry topping, SOMETHING, with whipped cream and a cherry and somethings nuts. If I were to rate ONLY the custard alone, 5 stars! French fries were good too. But not getting anything but a cup of custard for a Sundae is the reason for the three stars. * For a New Operation I expected more...excitement, the staff just seemed to be lackadaisical. The hamburger was just "okay", the meat was actually very good and warm, but the burger was dry. * It seems that customers are expecting a Better hamburger then what they are serving, and you need to get this addressed or you are going to lose customers fast, people get tired of this and there are too many places to eat now a days! Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Burger
