We had an absolutely amazing stay at the InterContinental Miami! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with genuine hospitality and outstanding customer service. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and eager to help make our stay special. The hotel itself is beautiful, impeccably clean, and in the perfect location. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and offered incredible views. We especially loved how convenient everything was, from dining options to being close to the waterfront and other attractions. We traveled as a family, and everyone made us feel so welcome. It’s clear that the staff truly cares about their guests and takes pride in creating a memorable experience. We can’t say enough good things about our stay and would absolutely choose the InterContinental Miami again on our next visit. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines luxury, exceptional service, and an unbeatable location, this is it. Highly recommend! Service: 5

The wedding team at the InterContinental Miami was truly exceptional to work with from beginning to end. As a wedding planner, I deeply value venue partners who are proactive, communicative, and collaborative throughout the planning process, and this team delivered on every level. A special thank you to Carely, who was incredible throughout the entire planning experience. She was thoughtful, responsive, organized, and consistently solutions-oriented every step of the way. Her professionalism and partnership made such a positive impact leading up to the wedding weekend and helped ensure everything felt seamless for both our team and the client. Onsite, Andrea and Sade were equally amazing. The wedding weekend required several pivots, including a last-minute rain plan adjustment, and they handled every change with such calmness, urgency, and grace. Their support behind the scenes allowed our team to execute the day smoothly while still creating a beautiful and elevated guest experience. What stood out most was how invested the entire team was in making the event successful. From setup logistics to guest experience to supporting vendor coordination in real time, everyone showed up with professionalism, kindness, and an incredible attitude. Beautiful hotel, amazing rooms and all in a great location . We upgraded to join the Club Level and enjoyed a great breakfast and dinner with complementary drinks. What a special vacation!
