A great spot for fresh and creative diner food! I had the barbacoa burrito and a cold brew and they were fantastic! We went on a Saturday around 2pm and there was a bit of a wait to order and be seated. It was handled greatly but maybe not the most efficient way as you had to wait about 20 minutes in line to order then be seated then served and the area was a bit compact. The staff was very kind and the food was delicious. Would definitely come back! Meal type: Brunch Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Vegetarian menu or section

FRED'S IS SO GOOD. Fun and creative food that is healthy but not so healthy as to be stodgy or granola. The breakfast burrito is a classic. I am so often delighted at what I order. Today, we remixed it and put the papaya salad on the spicy chicken. Coconut curry soup special was fantastic. I live for the smoothies. Such a great neighborhood joint.
