It was almost 10:30 last night and I was really hungry. Being vegetarian, it's usually hard to find anything decent at that hour. I came across Freedom Vegetarian on Grab and decided to give it a try – and I'm so glad I did. The fried mushrooms were delicious, and the asparagus soup was really good too. I also ordered the wanton soup, and everything was tasty and satisfying. It's such a blessing for vegetarians to have access to proper food at this late hour. Highly recommend for anyone looking for late-night meat-free options. Food: 4 Price per person: Rp 50–75k

No photos because we were so hungry but the vibes were pretty immaculate. If you want to know how vintage Singapore is back in the 80s, just dine here. Opened air eating area with a big fan cooling everyone down! Just make sure you have mosquito repellent on though! Ordered their kway teow and gotta say, its a MUST order. Their ouh lua was also fantastic! While we wanted to try their vegetarian black pepper beef, they misheard our order and gave us claypot rice instead. It was passable, but the other 2 dishses were fantastic. The variety of food is DANGEROUS for indecisive peeps! But take your time with their order! SO affordable, SO nice!
