My best friend & I came across The Freeze,after a long hot day. What's better than a huge swirl dipped cone,on a day like that?! So glad we decided to stop here. The cones were huge,and delicious. The young ladies working there were all very sweet & greeted us with awesome smiles & personality. Kinda hard to find now a days,Kudos to these girls,the service was excellent and they were extremely busy,they all apparently work very well under pressure. The Freeze will now have our business forever! I Payed $7.50 for a kids dairy free cotton candy blitz. The girl told me they were low in stock of the cotton candy pieces so I was like okay whatever. I saw my friends got the cotton candy pieces on their ice cream cone and then saw a bucket full of them. I then went up to the window to ask them to put the pieces in my ice cream since that’s what i payed for and they told me no. I was very confused so I asked another worker and she was being very rude and laughed with her co workers when I walked away. They couldn’t give me what i payed for and i’m very disappointed in this new staff.
