Literally don't even want to give it a star because it was that awful. We waited 25 mins for drinks and we were one of the two tables that were even in there. Finally got our drinks and there was ZERO alcohol in ours drinks. The waiter was extremely rude when he came to take our order. My husbands salad tasted like it was 4 days old, our meals came and my fries were completely frozen in the middle, and my husbands fish tasted as if it was microwaved and quick thrown together. Our sever never came back to even check on us. Had to ask another worker to check us out and we just paid and left. Heard the other table complaining as we left also. Extremely unsatisfied.

In August of 2018 I stopped there with a friend on a Friday night; Prime Rib was their special. It was late and we got about the last two slices, and they were more done than we liked, but it was delicious; along with baked potato and nice salad. This was their Friday night special, and I think it was about $12.95. Flip forward to fall 2019, stopped in there with my husband for lunch and ordered their special which was a roast beef and cheese sandwich. It was a Grilled Cheese sandwich on cheap store-bought soft bread, with a little beef on it, a tiny bag of potato chips, and a pop. It was expensive, about $10/$12, and awful, pop was extra. Whatever happened? My husband refuses to go back.

Confusing right out of the shoot - sign outside says "Freighters Restaurant". Once inside another sign states "Captain's Pub and Grille". I walked through a door into a dining room - no signage and was greeted by a very friendly young lady. The buffet had just ended but she was willing to let me some from the breakfast buffet. I opted for the breakfast menu. It included a picture of Chicken Fried Steak, Eggs, Hashbrowns with white gravy for the steak. I ordered that and a black coffee. She came back from the kitchen to tell me that the Chicken Fried Steak is pictured, but they don't serve it! What!?!? Well, she's the messenger, no need getting angry with her. Instead I chose the Breakfast Burrito. Strange. When I think of Burrito, I think South of the border or Tex-Mex not Country. This enormous Burrito was swimming in tasteless white gravy. The sausages were simply breakfast links that were cut up and added to scrambled eggs. No spicy seasoning that I was anticipating. The coffee was lukewarm. It's a good thing I'm in town for 1 day. Where's Freighters Restaurant!?!?!?
