The hotel restaurant is very nice and well decorated with even underground parking for customers. The menu presents various things with also some fish options. We tried several dishes, the beef tartare was very good, balanced and well seasoned. The other dishes, however, did not impress me. I felt that the raw materials were good but I didn't find the right balance in the dishes. The buttons were good but the basil cream was too covering and the cacio e pepe didn't come out. The gnocchi, even the well-made, soft ones, unfortunately the flavors couldn't be distinguished well, the chestnut got lost in the pile. 5 plus a child with a bottle of wine cost 300 euros. Service: 5
