The Freisinger Augustiner is not nearly as good as the Garchinger Augustiner, despite the cheaper prices (veal schnitzel in Freising €21.90, in Garching €29.90). Quality and selection of food mediocre, service mediocre. Not bad, but not that good either. Hence mediocre. We will therefore continue to visit the Garchinger Augustiner rather than the Freisinger Augustiner in the future. Quality has its price.
