This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Solvang. Great food and great service. The atmosphere is awesome. This place does not fail on any aspect. Give it try you will not be disappointed.

We decided to stop for a meal in Solvang as we were driving up the Central Coast on a wine tasting trip. The Yelp app directed us to the Fresco Valley Café, and we had an exceptional dining experience! Tip: Given that there's a public parking right in back of the restaurant, parking is easy-peasy :-) It was a lovely day, so we asked to be seated on their outdoor patio; this let us soak up some vitamin D while we enjoyed the small town flavor of Solvang. When our breakfast came everything was wonderful! The soft scrambled eggs were wonderfully soft and fluffy, and the pancakes were uber-thin and perfectly cooked. Not only was the food exceptional, but the prices were surprisingly reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to stop in again the next time I'm passing through Solvang :-)
