The smoothies are good, made only with fruits and vegetables, no powders or chemical stuff. Only downside, the preparation is really very long, 15 minutes for 2 juices and a smoothie, while we are alone in the restaurant. Maybe the preparer is new? Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

It's never busy when I go here no matter the time of day. The food here is healthy and delicious. I usually order the med chicken wrap or a turkey pesto panini. I also get a juice which is always tasty and fresh. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

An employee threw salsa at my family and I. It hit me while I was holding my baby. What kind of establishment is this? I filed a police report and have contacted the owner. Hopefully I get answers as to how this could have happened by the owner or their corporate HQ. I was hoping to feed my little ones a quinoa bowl so I chose this place. They closed earlier then what read on their door, but after knocking a few times an employee let us in and order. I ordered, came back to check the receipt and found out they charged me an extra bowl, no biggie, I got my money back, plus they didn't charge me any tax which was nice. But then about 30 minutes went by and when we finally received our food it was a disaster. Not only were ingredients missing but some were not ripe or not thoroughly cooked. My boyfriend and I asked for a refund because of all of this and offered to leave the food too since we wouldn't be eating it. I also mentioned how I was expecting quinoa bowls not complete salads for my daughters and he said they could eat salads. I thought that was very rude to say.. The employee refused a refund and began getting irate with us saying rude things. We started leaving in a hurry. Because I was holding my youngest daughter my boyfriend carried the food and the panini on top fell off the stacked bowls and onto the sidewalk. The employee then walked out and threw salsa at us. It hit me while I was holding my little one. After reading the reviews of this place (Fresh Healthy Cafe in Wesley Chapel) on Yelp and also Google, it seems like there has been a lot of complaints about most of their employees in general. I'm upset that an employee would throw something at a family. We had asked for a refund and he was becoming irate with us, and that's how it started. But still, nobody should ever throw something at a customer, especially a baby and a kid. I would avoid this place because it seems like they let the employees do and say whatever they want to their customers. They seem to have zero pride in delivering quality food and service as well. Please be safe everyone.
