Most overpriced cheese burger I’ve ever ever had (and from a food van - madness!) and it wasn’t good at all £11. - For a floppy greasy burger ! Flat, low quality, not for me thanks . Price per person: £10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

Hello, thank you for your feedback Matthew. We make our quarter pound patties with a mix of brisket and rib-eye, and are at 20% fat, 80% meat, with the meat supplied from local farms. We fill our cheese burgers in the following way: grilled onions, beef patty with cheese, fresh tomato slices, salad and the customer's choice of sauce. When placing your order, you asked us to remove everything bar the beef patty with cheese, and we delivered as per your request. If you were unhappy with your order, you should have come and told us and we would have done our best to help, as we always do; instead you thought people would be as surprised as you when a burger with just bread and the patty turns out to be pretty flat.
