Had a really good experience with the tiffin and parathas. The food tasted fresh, balanced, and had a genuine homemade feel that made the meal very comforting and enjoyable. The parathas were soft, nicely cooked, and full of flavor without feeling too heavy. Overall, a satisfying meal that feels perfect for anyone looking for simple and tasty homestyle food

Recently visited Fresh Rasoi and tried their Chole Bhature along with tea. Starting with the food, the Chole Bhature was decent overall. The bhature were well-made—soft, slightly crispy, and not overly oily, which made them enjoyable. The portion size was fair and filling for the price range you typically expect at similar Indian spots. The chole had a good base flavor and texture, but the salt level was not on point, which made the dish feel slightly off and less satisfying than it could have been. The tea, however, was quite disappointing. It lacked the strong, rich flavor that a proper chai should have. It tasted watery and undercooked, almost like it wasn’t brewed properly. Definitely the weakest part of the experience. In terms of pricing, the food felt reasonably priced for the portion size and overall quality. However, when it comes to taste—especially the tea—the quality didn’t fully justify the price. Overall, it was an average experience. Not bad, but not something that stands out either. There is potential, especially if they improve consistency in taste and beverage quality. I’d still consider giving them another try to explore other items on the menu.
