Absolutely trash, 2 hour wait , food was cold, lady on the phone has the most irritating northern voice and the tuna steak was raw.

Have eaten from here 3 times so far. I desperately wanted these guys to be good enough to save my family and I cooking as we tend to try and avoid greasy food (doesn't help with fatfighting but still) - 1st time, it was late but...you know, passable. 2nd time, ordered with friends. Took over an hour and arrived cold. 3rd time was a joke. Took over an hour, food arrived luke warm but even worse it tasted like it had gone back in the microwave. Ended up being an expensive meal for the dog. It's a shame but these guys really are rubbish - I wouldn't bother wasting your time unless they sort their act out.

Food took about 2 hours to arrive with zero communication from restaurant that it would be nearly an hour late.Manager is very rude and would not let me cancel my order or refund me ANY money - simply offered a tiny discount on my next order! Obviously have no plans to order from them again. Food was VERY salty and not worth the money. Genuinely couldn’t finish what I ordered. DON’T BOTHER. Norwich has plenty better to offer.
