Terrible. My delivery was over 40 minutes late and the restaurant even asked me where I lived? Achrafieh or where. My address clearly says Ain el Remmeneh and they are located just over in Hazmieh. Then to make it worse the driver needs me to send him my Google location, which is exact. I send it. Send him a picture of my door. He sends me a picture of him across the street. I give him the thumbs up. But he keeps calling, keeps calling. Doesn't speak English and can't read the simple last name and floor number he's supposed to deliver to. I no longer want to warm old juice from the incompetent servers. I had 2 deliveries received prior to ordering this simple juice. And delivered from across the city. There were no issues whatsoever. This person can't even ring a doorbell. They are absolutely incompetent
