I have been to this shop twice. So this review is for both experiences. The servers very friendly both times. The smoothies had good flavor but the consistency was a little gritty and doesn’t come out super cold. My first time i wasn’t familiar so i chose a smoothie that sounded good and ordered based off the cashiers prompts. She asks if I’d like coconut or almond milk so I’m thinking this is included in the cost of the smoothie, thats an upcharge. At the time there were no sizing options on display so i wasn’t aware of the options and was sold the largest one. Not even offered the different size options. Today I stopped in and was met with the same types of prompts. Almond or coconut milk, but don’t mention the up charge or tell you that you don’t need to add it because it comes it milk regularly. I was not asked what size but automatically rung in for the largest which i had to correct. Overall in my opinion the price is a little too high for the product i received and the upselling tactics are off putting. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Hey Kim, thank you for your honest feedback. I’m sorry our team didn’t clearly explain the sizing options that’s on us, and I will personally take note of this. Unfortunately, the protein shake you ordered only comes in one size, and maybe my staff forgot to mention that. We apologize for that. That particular protein shake is more expensive because we double all the proteins and ingredients in it. We have the cup sizes displayed on the counter and at the register so you can see the sizes there. I’m really glad you were able to use the discount we offer in our app! Absolutely loved Fresh Monkee! The smoothies were amazing, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful with gluten-free and dairy-free options. It’s such a relief finding a place that truly understands dietary needs without making it feel complicated. Everything tasted fresh, healthy, and delicious. Will definitely be back! I got the chocolate dipped strawberry moon and it was delicious! I hope they start putting the protein content along with the calorie content. Will definitely be back. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
