My favorite is the peanut butter banana chocolate chip acai bowl. I also experienced some of the best coffee I ever had. I got a vanilla sweet cream cold brew latte. I just wish it came in a larger size. It seems like a small to medium size to me. Be wary place is expensive but with anything healthier its going to be. It can be a bit of a wait, depending on the time of day, so I always recommend mobile ordering or calling ahead. Super cute farmhouse clean style and atmosphere, and nice staff. Has a small-town feel. I got a PB cold brew protein smoothie. I love that they offer protein smoothies to go! Hopefully, they expand on the flavors one day. I'm a gf only person and they had choices for us! They made it quick and fresh in front of us! However, we went after the morning rush hours on a Tuesday. The tables were clean. Got a parking spot up front. Didn't need to order ahead today. So far I think this tiny Cafe is exactly what FDL needs for this side of town! I'm super excited I tried it. My wife is going through chemo for pancreatic cancer. She is suffering with horrible side effects which include swelling in her legs (edema). The doctors told me to increase her protein intake. She likes smoothies so I went to FreshFit Cafe here in town and talked to the owner and explained my situation and needs. She prepared 2 amazing smoothies with high protein and a yogurt bowl. When I went to pay, she said it's on the house, she hopes it helps her. I was thrown back, you just don't get that kind of love everyday. I highly recommend FreshFit Cafe... High quality food with even higher quality people.
