We love coming here before or after biking the loop. Delicious coffee, great food combinations (grilled cheese, breakfast sandwich, and southwest burger)! Chairs are a bit uncomfortable but that helps turn over the tables for the next guests to enjoy. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

My wife is going through chemo for pancreatic cancer. She is suffering with horrible side effects which include swelling in her legs (edema). The doctors told me to increase her protein intake. She likes smoothies so I went to FreshFit Cafe here in town and talked to the owner and explained my situation and needs. She prepared 2 amazing smoothies with high protein and a yogurt bowl. When I went to pay, she said it's on the house, she hopes it helps her. I was thrown back, you just don't get that kind of love everyday. I highly recommend FreshFit Cafe... High quality food with even higher quality people.
