I had a very bad experience with Freshco today. I ordered wings, 3 chicken shawarmas, and 1 zinger shawarma. When the order arrived, I did not check it outside. After coming home, I found that 1 chicken shawarma was missing. I called the rider, and he said he would deliver the missing item. Then he connected me with the kitchen staff. They kept saying that they sent the complete order and even told me they checked the CCTV. But the fact is that I never received that chicken shawarma. I made a complaint, and they said they would verify it and let me know. Later, they gave me the same reply that their order was complete. In the end, I did not get my missing shawarma, and I did not get my money back either. This is the worst experience I have ever had. There is no proper check and balance for customer orders. I will never order from Freshco again, and I will also tell my friends and family to avoid ordering from them because if something goes wrong, they do not take responsibility.
