Freshmart is NOT for everyone. If you have a limited budget, go somewhere else since this mart is very expensive. The prepared hot meals are “healthy” but FLAVORLESS. The staff is not engaging, they look unhappy.
For me today was the last straw. Today I ordered a Green Detox, my favorite healthy juice. And the cashier tells me that they don’t have kale nor cucumbers. I replied, but I just saw ALL the ingredients in the grocery section. She then replied, the Deli and Grocery have different managers, sorry, no Green Detox.
THIS IS THE 5th TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
So yes, all the ingredients are in stock few steps away from the Deli but they can’t prepare my juice.
NONE of the employees in the Deli, who see me on a daily basis, for the past 3 years, helped me.
I then asked for a Manager, and Jessica, a manager from the Condado store saved the day. I was able to get the juice. But when I go to get it, the cup was not full! A couple of ounces missing.
Freshmart Guaynabo you have a LOT to improve. Today you have lost a loyal customer.
