The pizza here is amazing. One of the best in town. I've tried some of the reputed names in town but here, the taste is so amazing that I would not want to try any other pizza place. Must try. Never been more insulted in my entire life!! I order from this particular store ALOT and the 1st few times it was really good the male was working than since than it has been to felmales working and the pizza has become disgusting (Over cooked hard to chew almost rubbery and 0 sauce) so I finally complained because im so sick of wasting my money on food that I wouldn't feed my dog! So I call and she says yea bring it back so my partner takes both pizzas back she said oh because its a medium it gets one scoop of sauce and the other female comes to the front and says mediums only get almost a half scoop of sauce and proceeds to say the pizza is fine im sorry? Im an un happy paying customer and your gonna tell me it is fine would you eat it? And bc its thin crust does that also mean half the toppings? Anyways she says shes calling manager and than says he says it looks fine and they cannot do anything other than give 1 coupon for 1 free slice WHAT AN INSULT! HOW CAN THE MANAGER SAY THE PIZZA LOOKS FINE SHE NEVER TOOK A PICTURE OF EITHER ONE OR BOTH OF THEM AND SEND IT TO HIM!! DO NOT EAT AT THIS LOCATION THEY DO NOT SUPPORT CUSTOMERS SATISFACTION NOR DO THEY OFFER TO REPLACE MESSED UP ORDERS OR EXCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR THEIR WORKERS RIPPING OFF THEIR CUSTOMERS!!! ANYWAYS HERE ARE THE PICTURES THAT THE MANAGER APPARENTLY SAID WAS FINE AND ACCEPTABLE TO SERVE THIS PIZZA! THE 1ST PICTURE HAS 0 SCAUCE AND IS BASICALLY OVER COOKED TOTHE POINT OF A SALT CRACKER AND THE OTHER ONE WITH MUSHROOM IS HARD TO BITE ITS RUBBERY AND AGIAN NO SCAUCE EXCEPT FOR ON THE CRUST I GUESS FOR SHOW? Would not give back my money or replace the pizza!! It wont allow me to post photos i do not know why I will figure it out and I WILL POST THE PICTURES ID LIKE THE MANAGER TO CONTACT ME DIRECTLY PLEASE BECAUSE THIS IS BULLSHIT!! I recently visited the Freshslice Pizza on Millwoods Road and 28 Ave, and I had a fantastic experience. I want to give a huge shoutout to the team: Tarun, Karanjot, Mandeep, and Aymen. The customer service was top-notch—they were friendly, efficient, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it. It’s clear that the Owners have built a great team here. The store was clean, the pizza was fresh and delicious, and the overall vibe was very welcoming. If you're in the Millwoods area and looking for great pizza and even better service, this is the spot.
