The cacio e pepe is probably one of the best in Rome. Pizza romana only for dinner. Owned by a famous Italian actor.

They take advantage of tourists here so be careful when the check comes and make sure you specify which wine you want or they might just charge you for the most expensive bottle when the check comes.
