We had such a great experience at Fri-Da in Cuenca! My kids and I shared one of the larger platters and it was more than enough food for all of us. The chips and salsa were next-level, and the guacamole deserves its own shout-out—so fresh and flavorful. My husband ordered his own dish and loved it too. The atmosphere was beautiful and welcoming, which really made the whole meal feel special. Definitely worth it if you’re craving good Mexican food in Cuenca—we’ll be back! total $26 for one platter and one dish with 3 waters.
