Tried to go a week or so ago. Was waiting at host stand and no one greeted or acknowledged us. I also could see there was only like 2 servers trying to cover multiple tables, clean and resent. so the 2 star review isn't a mark on the servers but the management for not making sure there was proper coverage.

I have been to this location before and the services was great. Today, they seemed really under staffed and our waiter did not bother to check on us. We were never offered drinks. We had to go find her to get our bill and ask for extra napkins.

I had an excellent experience with a waiter named “Tae”. He said his real name was Jayavonte. He answered every question i had with grace and respect. He was extremely patient and funny. He made my experinence enjoyable and fun. All the things i am looking for in a true diner, satisifying experinece. I will definitely be coming here again and requesting him as a waiter. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Friendly's Patty Melt Dietary restrictions: waiter was easily able to answer my specific dietary needs and ask management when he was unsure
