First time trying it and was disappointed. I paid for a water bottle. They had no waters at 12:30pm, was not offered a refund and I don’t drink soda. I paid for extra rice, they didn’t give me extra rice, it was the same amount as everyone else. I got a spicy chicken plate. No teriyaki sauce and didn’t realize it was a spicy Mexican sauce (not Asian spicy) so I guess I should read the details online first. Also, they don’t have any high chairs for toddlers so we took it to go. I would not go back. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2

Food was good. Service could be better. The service wasn't horrible or rude. I just thought that since its main street and many people come and go here, the vibe would be more welcoming. Other than that, food was good. I will definitely be coming back. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Pretty disappointed with Friends House overall.... I was greeted when I walked in which was a plus and that's kind of where it ends... I ordered the Super Spicy expecting a spicy teriyaki style dish and I was pretty disappointed. The food took a fair amount of time to come out and the food was room temperature at best. While the chicken was good it was basically just chipotle sauce over chicken sprinkled with sesame seeds for 13 bucks?. I'm kind of confused if Friends house is supposed to be Teriyaki because this definitely was not it. I'm glad I tried Friends House but I will not be coming back.
