Popped into this place early in the afternoon as we were staying the night in Kosice. I was thoroughly impressed to be honest. We weren't that hungry so I had the chicken soup and my son had the pancakes with cream. Well presented and most of all delicious at a very reasonable price. A big shout out to the waiter, Žeñu, who was both very polite and helpful. He made us feel extremely welcome and also gave us some helpful information about where to go sightseeing. All in all, excellent! I thoroughly recommend. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

I visited Friends Pizza & Restaurant two days in a row — not just because of the food, but also because of the warm atmosphere and excellent service. On the first day, I was served by a young gentleman named Žeňo, who kindly approached me while I was reading the menu and offered help. He explained several dishes in detail and also brought the weekday lunch menu. I ended up ordering the spinach gnocchi with creamy sauce — a soft, rich, and comforting dish, perfect for a cool day. His thoughtful attitude and calm presence left a deep impression on me. On the second day, I came back and had a pork cutlet with fries, along with a colorful grilled vegetable side dish. I also enjoyed a Viennese coffee topped with fresh whipped cream and fruit — and later, a hot ginger-orange drink, which was perfect because I had a little cough. This time I was served by Veronika, who kindly invited me to leave a review — so here it is. Both of them were kind and professional in their own way. The food was nicely prepared and well-priced, and the view of the music fountain from the outdoor tables makes the whole experience even better. I appreciated the calm and respectful atmosphere of this restaurant, and I would definitely recommend it to travelers looking for a quiet, satisfying meal in Košice.
