Frisson is easily one of the best finds in Rome. The interior styling and ambiance are spot on. The vinyl collection and console aren't just for show; the music actually fits the vibe perfectly. More importantly, it’s not just "beauty without substance." The coffee and food are outstanding. We came for brunch and were blown away by the proper V60 specialty coffee. The pastries and croissants were top-tier, but the real star was the Pastrami Sando. It was so good we literally had to order it twice. 100% coming back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Price per person: €20–30
