I passed by Chela’s restaurant and the place looks very clean and organized. When I entered, the first thing that I saw was the amazing and delicious food to my left side. The place is clean including the floor, tables and chairs. I recommend this place to everyone. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
