You HAVE to try their gluten free crust and vegan cheese pizza. So good! I’m a fan of olives, so the pic is a little “extra.” The service was great, the traditional salad bar option was an added bonus. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30

Good pizza bad service charge - $2.50? Tried ordering through website but noticed $2.50 surcharge with no explanation. I called instead. When the pizza was delivered the surcharge was still there. No description on website either. To the response: what is the charge for? Been a patron for decades and this is new. I know of no other pizza place that does this? Is it for price increases? If so just changes your item price. Adding these surprise charges on the backend only irritates consumers.

Extremely sorry for the lack of clarity here Eric. We added a $2.50 delivery service fee earlier this year and the messaging was accidentally removed from the site. We will be sure to reinstate that to make it clear.

It's been a couple of weeks, so apologize for the delay in posting. We are well aware of staffing issues. For that, we decided to add a star. However, I have been coming here since 1986 (I was 9). We have frequented this place several times a year until COVID. My fiancé and I decided that it was time to go back. It was beyond a huge disappointment. I was very excited to see that there is outdoor seating, so we requested the patio. Several tables on the patio were dirty (as stated above, I understand), but there was vomit next to one of the tables. Pretty gross. We get to our table and the man who sat us eventually came out to take our order, apologizing profusely that he "forgot" to tell wait staff. What it actually appeared to be the case was he was doing everything. Hosting, waiting, checking out, building boxes, and maybe even a bit of cooking. Whoever this man is, he should get a giant raise! I ordered a salad bar and we ordered pizza. I immediately went to the salad bar only to find it messy, no ice, and almost no ingredients. We paid $9.95 for very measly pickings. At this point, I was really looking forward to the pizza, pizza I have loved since I was a child. What we got was nothing of the sort. It was over cooked and bland compared to the last time I had eaten it. I have since found out why Frontroom Pizza has been turned upside down. Sadly, we (my parents, my brother and his family, and me and my family) will not be back. It tears my heart out.
