I interacted with one of the owners, Jessica Hoganson, through Facebook Marketplace. During our conversation, I experienced what I felt was extremely rude, hostile, and unprofessional behavior. The way I was spoken to gave me serious concerns about the professionalism of someone representing this business. It also leads me wonder what her implications are when saying “someone like you.” I think we all know what that means I’m sharing my experience so others can make their own informed decisions.
