I went to their Solenad branch with my little sister. I was trying to look for another flavor to try so I ordered my sister's choice first. We happily asked for 1 cup of their Bubblegum ice cream. "Ano pa po?" The crew asked. I replied "wait lang ate di pa ako makapili" tapos nag think out loud ako na ano kayang best seller wala naman siyang sagot. Then I finally said "Choco mint nalang po" sabi ni crew wala na daw. So I was trying to look for another flavor. E nakita ko meron papala nung Chocomint. So I said "ay ate meron papalang Chocomint!" Excited yung tone ko kasi nga favorite ko yun. Tapos si ateng medjo rude ang reply "Wala na nga po" with sarcastic laugh yun. So napikon ako di na ako umorder.
Please sabihan niyo yung mga crew niyo. Ang aga aga pa nun don't tell me pagod na siya kagad. To think wala namang ibang tao sa luob. Tsaka I was not being too pushy. Di ko naman alam na di na kasya yung andun for 1 cup or whatever her reason was. Kahit kelan di acceptable yung pagpapakita ng inis or pikon sa customers specially kung maayos and jolly ka naman kinakausap. I work for clients on a regular basis so alam ko ang tamang customer service and sorry to say pero yung crew niyo na naka duty ng Sunday, June 19, 2016, around 12 noon EH HINDI ALAM ANG TAMANG CUSTOMER SERVICE.
