Service is always great over here, but portions are ridiculously small. Always get a small or medium but somehow the portions are smaller and smaller. It gets to the point, where it’s a little sad. My frozen yoghurt, is probably less than half full, not reached the top and the sides are empty. Never been to an ice cream shop, where they give so little. This was approximately a month ago

I usually come here and the customer service is great but today I attended at approximately 8.15pm. Was served by a very odd Chinese lady who lacks a lot of customer service skills. Very miserable young adult who looks like she does not want to even be there. Asked me which coloured sherbet I wanted on my frozen yogurt I said ‘any colour’ as to which she replies ‘I don’t get paid enough for this’ I mean what does her pay scale have to do with her ability and choice to chose the topping of the frozen yogurt! ? Bo one actually asked what her pay scale was and there was no correlation to mme telling her to just put any colour sherbet on there? I think she needs some serious customer service training and needs to learnt to smile and actually look like she wants to be there. Do better Frurt, stop employing people who do not seem to want to work for you, lack basic customer service skills and are clearly not happy with their pay

I love Frurt, never have a bad experience here. Everyone I know loves this place and we could eat their frozen yoghurt for days. Service is always great as well and they always have a nice variety of toppings!
