This Fry's store is fantastic. Shelves are nicely stocked with labels facing the middle of the aisle. Fruits & vegetables are beautiful. Employees are helpful & friendly. Deli & bakery are excellent. Another Fry's is closer to my home but the shelves are almost always a mess, they are regularly out of stock of numerous items & many products are past their best buy date, they rarely have anyone working in the deli before 10 AM (Indian School Rd), etc.

The last few times I've visited this store, it has been noticeably dirty, and the employees monitoring the self-checkout area are often busy talking among themselves. Customers are left waiting until their conversations are finished before receiving assistance. However, the biggest issue is the pickup service. I work two jobs, so I rely on pickup orders to save time and spend more time with my child. Unfortunately, my orders are almost never ready when the app says they are. I'll receive a notification that my order is ready for pickup, only to arrive at the store and be told they're running behind—usually by about an hour. This means I either have to wait or make another trip back to the store. To make matters worse, the staff are often not very friendly or apologetic about the delays. The quality of the items selected for pickup is also disappointing. I've received dented cans, bruised or nearly spoiled fruits and vegetables, broken eggs, and even expired products. If you're considering using the pickup service, be prepared for delays and carefully check the condition and expiration dates of the items you receive.
