Very impressed with a small and non descript restaurant on the 2nd floor of a quiet street. Prawn and scallop agllio, potatoes and grilled chicken tights are excellent tapas to have. Friendly serving staff and chef. Price per person: ¥3,000–4,000 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
