Some items were not available on the menu and it definitely needs to be updated. Some of the seats were broken and uncomfortable. There was a FIFA World Cup match playing, but the broadcast kept cutting out because they were using an IPTV subscription instead of a reliable service. They serve Pepsi from large refill bottles but charge 19 SAR for it, which wasn't good value. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout the visit.

I had a takeaway order and I was in a real hurry. Mark (I believe he is the manager) was extremely helpful and professional despite how busy the restaurant was. He handled the crowd in a very organized way and made sure customers were attended to quickly and respectfully. I truly appreciate his positive attitude and efficiency.
