You will like its food, especially perfectly cooked sushi, chicken rolls and tempura. Come to this restaurant for a break and try good halo-halo. Great bubble tea is the right choice.

I rarely leave a negative review but I felt this had to be written! As a food blogger with over 23 million+ views on Google and a substantial following on socials, I would like to think I know good food/ service when I see it and more so a thing or two about bubble tea. You make your order by self service machine(s) and then the staff start make food/ drinks. Two machines - one working machine and the other broken. Mind you, it was not busy at all, I was the only customer. Staff were always behind the counter corner so had to be called for any questions regarding allergies and etc. I was met by a young lady, she explained they only accept card payment not cash. I ordered the brown sugar milk bubble tea with tapioca along with a chocolate drizzle €6. This is a drink which is usually one of the most popular from most places which serve bubble tea. This was a safe choice for me, before buying anything else lol. If the drink is bad then I am not buying any food lol. I’ve tried a lot of bubble teas in my time and brown sugar is a staple and it’s a delicious drink but sometimes can be too sweet for me but it’s still drinkable. Now we have the Fudo brown sugar bubble tea. This drink was the WORST I have ever tasted! This was not drinkable at all! It was so bland and bitter and the tapioca were also burnt. It tastes like they just mixed milk with tapioca with chocolate drizzle around the cup. There was literally no taste of anything. So I went back and said this doesn’t taste like brown sugar, please taste it and let me know what you think. She did not want to taste it and said I will make another. I was like great. Tried the second one and again this just tasted like semi skimmed milk! I mean just look at the photos! It just looks like milk and chocolate sauce around the cup! I am certain when she put the cup in the machine, it did not mix anything - just sealed the top of the cup. It usually mixes and heats the drink a little from the bottom so it can melt the brown sugar and etc but it was only in the machine for like 5-10 seconds. What is going on right now! I went back again and said please can you taste this because I cannot drink this. She didn’t say anything or even offer an alternative drink or even a refund. I left the drink in the counter with her the second time now and this time I walked out. Poor service. SMH. I have literally no idea how this standard of bubble tea is being served to the public. If they would have just tried to taste their own drink they may have understood me better. Look at my photo of the drink, it’s so pale! Looks like water mixed with milk right?
