We got ourselves a little room in the back perfect for when you're looking for a little privacy. The service was amazing. The waitress was super friendly! Her wine recommendations were on point and provided clear information on what we were eating with every single dish. The starters and mains were decently spaced out, allowing us time to really just enjoy the company and experience. The food was top. Everything was well prepared, juicy and full of flavor! If you find yourself here, you would be doing yourself a disservice if you don't order a steak! Cooked how you like it, cooked the way it should. I will keep coming back to this one!

We were back at fuego to try their new menu.As always, it was amazing. We tried everything that was new (literally). We decided to go on a feeding frenzy and ordered everything in a family style tasting...The empanadas (shrimp this time) were so tasteful, juicy and a little bit of spicy. The halibut ceviche was super fresh. It came along with very thin slices of onion and red pepper, some melon spheres and coriander sproutsThe pulpo (octopus) with ember-baked potatoes and chimichurri was mouthwatering. The surf and turf tartar was really nice to. I'm not a big fan of any S&T dish myself, but I cannot deny it was good. The manchego croquettes came along with a green salad dressed with a raspberry vinaigrette which I really enjoyed.Mollejas weren't new on the menu but one just cannot go to an Argentinian place and not have some, so we did ... Brilliant alsoWe had a Bonarda wine from Argentina to pair with this first round of food and it was really nice. For a light main course we had:Churrasco (Ribeye) that was garnished with beetroots, apple and cashew cream. The "cazadora" sauce brought everything together.Cuadrado (the square) Wich is a slow smoke-cooked piece of "vacío" (flank steak) is for me the star of the night. It's originally intended as a sharing piece of beef which you can order to entertain your appetite before the main course but I ordered it with some confit vegetables and aligot and let me tell you ... It was perfection. The don't have many portions per day so try to call beforehand if you intend to try it... specially on weekends.I'm not gonna lie there were some fries and bearnaise around too. This time we had a bottle of Cabernet Franc with the main.We are committed... round 3... DessertWe had a classic argentinian Dulce de leche ice cream for the nostalgic side. For the sweet tooth, a chocolate volcano with mango cream and passion fruit sorbet. And last but no least an Aperol dessert. This last one I highly recommend if you are not a huge fan of sweetness. It's a very faithful reinterpretation of the cocktail with a desserty twist. It's an Aperol jelly with prosecco foam and orange biscuits. It's also important to mention that the staff was, as always, super friendly and serviceminded!Highly recommended!!
