I’ve visited twice. The first visit was quick and friendly — the churrasco tasted great and there were no issues. On my second visit I tried the “Ass Italiano”; it was alright, a bit messy to eat but seemed intentional. During my most recent visit with friends, one friend was mistreated by a staff member over a menu discrepancy. A dish’s photo showed a small side salad that wasn’t included, and when my friend (who doesn’t speak Spanish) raised this, the staff member sneered and refused to acknowledge the misrepresentation. Basically, the picture did not match what my friend expected to get. Although my friend’s English questions were understood, the staff responded only in Spanish. The interaction escalated and my friend felt neglected and discriminated against and left. Very unpleasant experience for my friend and other members of our friend group who visited.
