Fugu Take was such a special experience. We went all in with a full fugu menu—from delicate sashimi to a comforting soup and finishing with a beautiful rice dish. Everything was handled with care and precision, letting the ingredient really shine in each course. It felt like a journey through different textures and flavors, all very well balanced. The place itself is lovely, calm and elegant without feeling stiff, and the service was warm, attentive, and professional throughout.
