Best hidden gem in Anderson. Easily overlooked bc the neighboring businesses often fail, this quaint little restaurant is a go-to when im wanting a guaranteed great meal for an inexpensive price. The service is fast and friendly, the dining area is homey and clean- my favorite qualities of Fuji express are the immaculate and quick drive thru option, stopping in to see the gorgeous houseplants they nurture in the lobby, the hibachi plate w sweet carrots that always hit the spot, and sweet tea they have seemingly perfected for us country folx love this place more than any other restaurant in town! Price per person: $10–20 Recommended dishes: Carrots, Hibachi Chicken and Shrimp

Food is always good and service is always quick. They are well organized and get the food out quickly even when there are half a dozen cars at the drive thru.
