This unassuming local eatery is an absolute treasure. Ran by a wonderfully warm lady, the owner, who brings an incredible seven decades of cooking experience to every dish. The space is incredibly intimate, seating just eight people at a time, making it feel less like a restaurant and more like dining in a beloved grandmother's kitchen. Our group took up half the seating, and we felt incredibly fortunate to arrive early for dinner, securing our spot. Since everything is cooked fresh by the owner herself, don't expect lightning-fast service – this is 'slow food' at its finest. The anticipation built, and the wait was absolutely justified. We ordered a variety of dishes: the mix dai, special yaki, yaki soba special, and fujitako. Each dish was a delightful balance of flavors, leaning towards savory goodness with lovely hints of sweetness. A truly special and memorable dining experience.
